Insights

1) Inconsistent transaction display: some use cards, others use end-to-end listings.

2) Left icons vary in size and type, displaying categories, transaction modes, or profile pictures.

3) No standardized placement for elements like date and time; the same data appears in different locations with varying hierarchies.

4) Multiple designs and terms for the same tags and interactions (e.g., pending/success/error); collapsible listing behavior is undefined for edge cases.

EPFO
1) Data is disorganized, with no grouping by relevance or hierarchy.

2) The layout appears crowded and confusing at first glance.

3) Important information, like reference numbers, is hard to find.

4) Main action CTAs are not visible, and alignment is inconsistent.

How are these causing pain points for users?

There is no user behaviour set to read a transaction in a certain way. Every transaction has its own structure across every feature which gives user a tough time to go through transaction in one glance
User has to go to specific features flow to view certain transactions.
